re: the DVD media
These dvds are copies are recorded in "dvd-r" format, rather than the pro-dvd format (such as can be rented and purchased at outlets like Blockbusters and NetFlix). The dvd-r format will play on most computers and most dvd players but not all of them. If our dvd does not play on your player, we will refund your payment in full upon receipt of the returned dvd.
